All the official processes regarding the payments for the trips, confirmation for booking, flight cancellations and other required and compulsory information should be in acknowledgement by the clients before booking any sort of trips and tours. All the legally required contracts fall and comprise in Terms and conditions between Mount Glory and the clients willing to take part in the tours and trips. This sets a new bond and trust and also the legal relationship between the both parties for good services and the comfort ability.
Rules if cancellation of ticket purchased is done!
- If cancellation made before 30 days of the ticket departure date, 15% of the total face value will be charged as cancellation and rest will be adjusted in their next trip or refunded after deducting the processing charge of Nepal Rastra Bank to make a draft.
- If cancellation made before 15 days of the ticket departure date, 25% of the total face value will be charged as a cancellation. Further will be same as above process.
- If Cancellation made before 07 days of the trip departure date 50% of the total face value cost will be charged as a cancellation.
- If cancellation made within the week of departure or upon arrival in Kathmandu no refund shall be provided. Due payment should be made or claimed by legal process.
- No refund will be made of the deposit amount in case of cancellation of trip for any other else reason.
- No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

Responsibilities of Mount Glory!
All the comfortable accommodations of trekkers and clients, your safety and all the fulfillment of your every desire during the stay in Nepal is our major goal and responsibility. Though we do not take any liabilities and responsibility for any alternations and changes in the itinerary due to unforeseen, unexpected or unavoidable circumstances like due to political consequences, any types of accidents, damages or loss, delays in domestic and international flight cancellations, late arrivals, health issues and sickness while undertaking tours and trips, while travelling. We may help as best as we can do from our side but not responsible for the changes and deviations due to the circumstances and factors beyond our control or have power over.
What we and the travelers assume about the risks!
There may arise some unforeseen and unexpected problems and risks during the travelling through difficult and tough trek routes with difficult terrains, in remotes areas without medical services, etc. and the travelers agrees that no liability will be attached to the company, its employees or agents or to any member of the tour group in respect to death, personal injury, illness or delay of trekker or for any loss or damage to the property of the traveler/ trekker during the adventure of the trip if caused on the process.
Insurance regarding the Travel
It is a condition while booking treks and tours with us that trekkers must be protected by insurance themselves that covers cancellation, accidents, health, emergency evacuation, and loss of items, theft of or damage to baggage and personal effects. All costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf. It is important that any insurance policy issued to cover emergency evacuation for trek/tour does not exclude mountaineering.
Mount Glory uses the positive images and digital resources taken and captured during the trip without recourse to you and without compensation to you, for our own advertisements, promotions and publicity purposes only through whatever medium we choose.
Complaints regarding tour and services!
Mount Glory would like to request all the trekkers and clients to give information and notify the guide guiding the group or the leader or directly to the office if any misunderstanding or complaints are raised during or before the start of the trip. It will help us clear everyone's problems and get opportunity to correct them for comfortable hiking during the trip.
Number of members in tour.
We provide tour packages for a number of members either for a group or a single person and for any age groups though we prefer a private tour for better services and your own comfortable. When in a group, even if the group members have canceled or postponed the tour or break an itinerary during the trip, you will be continuing the tour even if you are only one as it won't be affecting the trip.
We provide double or twin sharing basis on tents and rooms during our trekking and tour packages. If a client does not have another tour participant to share room or tent with others, single room or tent supplement charge will be imposed to the client. The clients must pay additional extra charge if the clients will to take part in extra activities or for other beneficiaries except from agreement of booking.
